Foundations Child and Family Support Ltd, Shared Care Queensland, receives funding from the Department of Communities, Child Safety Services, to provide a foster and Kinship care service.
Our mission is to provide safe, quality foster and kinship care for children and young people, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people, who are aged between 0 – 18 years and who have moderate to high support needs.
Our core activities are to recruit, train, assess and support approved carers to provide day to day care for children and young people in their own homes a family based placement.
We provide placements primarily to Browns Plains and Beaudesert Child Safety Service Centres and secondary placements to the South East Region.
