Children's Contact Services
Foundations Child and Family Support Ltd provides Children’s Contact Services from three locations in the South-East of Queensland. The Logan Children’s Contact Service, Ipswich Children’s Contact Service and the Gold Coast Children’s Contact Service all provide facilitated changeovers and supervised contact services to separated families.
Children’s Contact Services provide a structured and supportive environment for children and families to experience and maintain meaningful relationships. Accessing a Children’s Contact Service can help family group in the reduction of conflict and the retention of child focus.
In order to utilise these programs, clients are required to complete three simple steps:
Clients can complete their registration by contacting our Central Office via our toll-free number: 1300 854 733. This process takes only a few minutes and as well as serving as the introduction to our programs, it is also a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. For Children’s Contact Services, both parties are required to complete their Registration prior to advancing to step 2.
Once Clients have completed a Registration, their details are provided to the relevant program. Staff then contact Clients to arrange the first time to access the program for an intake interview and orientation visit.
Once Clients have completed steps 1 and 2, staff will assist in arranging access of our services. As Clients, individuals have available a range of referral and support services as well as access to a team of skilled professionals.

Our Children’s Contact Services are proudly funded by the Attorney General’s Office and administrated by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
